Cookie Department (DPT) was born from a yearning for home and family. Moved to Hong Kong from the USA over 9 years ago, co-founder Wil Fang realised there was a lack of traditional baked treats in Hong Kong, and so began his curiosity of American-style cookies that reminded him of his childhood. He partnered with friend and architect Lex Mak and co-founded Cookie DPT in mid-2018. Freshly baked in the morning and weighing a generous 130g each, its cookies are crisp on the outside while decadently moist and chewy on the inside, and are constantly sold out at pop-up locations around the city.
