How to Redeem Rewards^{^}:

1. Spend designated amount with your AlipayCN App at K11 Art Mall.
2. Download the ‘K11 HK’ App and register as a KLUB 11 Member.
3. Present your AlipayCN App, eligible receipt, and the corresponding payment slip at Koncierge G/F at K11 MUSEA from 10AM – 10PM to redeem the reward.
