Alan Cheung is a Co-founder and Managing Director of One Bite Design Studio and One Bite Social. He is a registered architect in Hong Kong with more than 10 years of experience in working for Rafael Viñoly Architects both in New York and London, and Benoy in Hong Kong previously. Since setting up One Bite Design Studio in 2014, he advocates on the mission to build places through interconnecting people. Currently he is the Chairman of Architects Regional Council of Asia (ARCASIA) Committee under The Hong Kong Institute of Architects, the Co-Curator of 2019 Bi-City Biennale of Urbanism\Architecture (Hong Kong) and the Co-Chairman of The Chinese University Architecture Alumni Association. He has also been actively involving various placemaking events in ASEAN region and is a guest critic at USCI University and Taylor University in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He was shortlisted for the Young Architect Award by the Hong Kong Institute of Architects in 2015 and has been awarded “40 Under 40” in the Architecture category by Perspective Magazine in 2018.
