How to Redeem Rewards^{^}:

1. Spend designated amount with your AlipayCN App at K11 Art Mall.
2. Download the ‘K11 HK’ App and register as a KLUB 11 Member.
3. Present your AlipayCN App, eligible receipt, and the corresponding payment slip at Koncierge G/F at K11 MUSEA from 10AM – 10PM to redeem the reward.

1. Each AlipayCN App user must present the single eligible receipt and the corresponding payment upon same-day spend at K11 Art Mall’s designated stores using Alipay CN App (each receipt must show a minimum spend of RMB¥ 3,000; purchases made with K Dollars, K11 vouchers, and e-vouchers are exempted).
2. Each Member must also first register as a K Dollar Program HK Member, and bind their KLUB 11 HK Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program HK account to redeem the Reward. Use of K Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme and K Dollar Program.
3. Each verified AlipayCN App user can only redeem the reward once at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall. Quota is limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
