How to Redeem Rewards^:
- Spend designated amount with your AlipayCN App at K11 Art Mall.
- Download the ‘K11 HK’ App and register as a KLUB 11 Member.
- Present your AlipayCN App, eligible receipt, and the corresponding payment slip at Koncierge G/F at K11 MUSEA from 10AM – 10PM to redeem the reward.

- Each Member must also first register as a K Dollar Program HK Member, and bind their KLUB 11 HK Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program HK account to redeem the Reward. Use of K Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of KLUB 11 Loyalty Programme and K Dollar Program.
